the red rooster story
Red Rooster has always been a dream of mine, from working here in high school to each time I drove by or enjoyed a pastry and wistfully thought to myself “someday I’ll own that place.” And it’s been a dream ever since, the best kind of dream.
When I bought this business, I promised myself to stay true, true my to employees, my customers and most importantly to myself. I wanted to create a space where people felt comfortable, respected, appreciated and free while coming together over something we can all agree on, great food! I promised myself to use only the best wholesome ingredients and never take the short cuts. And that reflects itself in everything we do, our satisfied customers, happy employees who uphold our values and a wonderful product for you to enjoy.
